Usage Guidelines:

Attach the Zoo Med ReptiTherm Under Tank Heater to one side (either left or right) of the terrarium to establish a thermal gradient. It should cover about half of the terrarium floor and be spacious enough for your reptile to lie on fully.

This heater is most effective with a shallow substrate layer (less than 2"). For terrariums with deeper substrate, consider an overhead heat option like a halogen basking bulb or a ceramic heat emitter, depending on your setup needs.
